Be of Good Courage

Joshua 1:9Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.

Be strong
Be of good courage
For it is the Lion of Judah who goes with you
Wherever you go.

He goes before you
He makes a way
He will not fail you or forsake you. -Deut 31:6-8

Do not be afraid
It’s the King of Glory
Strong and mighty
Mighty in battle
-Ps 24:8
Who fights for you and
Gives you victory.
-Deut 20:4

It pleases the Lord to make
Those who fear{reverently worship}
Those who hope and expectantly wait for His mercy
Strong.
-Ps 147:11;Prov 14:26

Lean on Him
Be of good courage
For in your weakness
The Lion’s strength is revealed.
-2Cor 12:9

Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, All you who hope in the LORD! -Ps 31:24 NKJV

Amen to this my precious Sister,,,was reminded of what the Living Word says about the righteous, A righteous man has no fear; he looks in triumph over his foes… Even in darkness light dawns for the gracious and compassionate and righteous man. His heart is steadfast trusting in the Lord…His heart is secure, he will have no fear. BE STRONG IN THE LORD AND THE POWER OF HIS MIGHT. PUT ON THE FULL ARMOR OF GOD.

The ultimate reason God shows himself strong on behalf of his people is to display the glory of his grace. His and our ultimate goal is that He be magnified, reverenced, and treasured above all else. That is why he gives beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for morning, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. That is why he makes us trees of righteousness, His planting–that He might be glorified. Isn’t it great that He has allowed us to get in on the benefits of His glorification?
