Psalm 33:1-4 AMP
1 Rejoice in the Lord, O you [uncompromisingly] righteous [you upright in right standing with God]; for praise is becoming and appropriate for those who are upright [in heart].

From NetBible Ps 33:1
NKJV … Rejoice in the LORD, O you righteous! For praise from the upright is beautiful.

2 Give thanks to the Lord with the lyre; sing praises to Him with the harp of ten strings.
3 Sing to Him a new song; play skillfully [on the strings] with a loud and joyful sound.
4 For the word of the Lord is right; and all His work is done in faithfulness

From NetBible Ps 33:4
NLT … For the word of the LORD holds true, and everything he does is worthy of our trust.

Psalm 138:1-2 AMP
1 I will confess and praise You [O God] with my whole heart; before the gods will I sing praises to You.
2 I will worship toward Your holy temple and praise Your name for Your loving-kindness and for Your truth and faithfulness; for You have exalted above all else Your name and Your word and You have magnified Your word above all Your name!

From NetBible Ps 138:2
NLT … I bow before Your holy Temple as I worship. I will give thanks to Your name for Your unfailing love and faithfulness, because Your promises are backed by all the honor of Your name.

* The point is that God has been faithful to his promise and the reliability of that promise is apparent to all.

The words of the Lord are true and reliable

Therefore He deserves all of our trust
and all of our praise —

Praise from the upright is beautiful!

Psalm 48:10 AMP
10 As is Your name, O God, so is Your praise to the ends of the earth; Your right hand is full of righteousness (rightness and justice).

From NetBible Ps 48:10
NLT … As your name deserves, O God, you will be praised to the ends of the earth. Your strong right hand is filled with victory.
