From the Rock –Is 48:21;Ps 78:16;1Co 10:4
Faithful and true –Rev 19:11
Word of God –Rev 19:13
Pour forth, pour forth
Before the throne –Rev 19:4-5
With the voice of many waters –Rev 14:2
The roar of a great multitude –Rev 19:1
Glory from the cleft –Ex 33:22
Pour forth, pour forth
RENEW! –Ro 12:1-2

Romans 12:1-2 AMPC … I appeal to you therefore, brethren, and beg of you in view of [all] the mercies of God, to make a decisive dedication of your bodies [presenting all your members and faculties] as a living sacrifice, holy (devoted, consecrated) and well pleasing to God, which is your reasonable (rational, intelligent) service and spiritual worship. 2 Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].

The Lord’s glory is revealed by His voice of many waters(Rev 1:15, Ezek 43:2). His bride in His likeness has the same voice(Rev 19:5-7).

Notice that the Bride’s voice of many waters is heard after the command to praise(Rev 19:4-5)! It’s after this that the King of Glory is revealed in heaven which has been opened(Rev 19:11).

=> high praise, the new songs come from being taught the Lord’s word by the Holy Spirit in the cleft, and the dove sings from the cleft(Sos 2:14)!

His glory not only is seen from, but pours forth from the cleft. It’s the living water pouring from the temple(Ezek 47) – ankle deep, knee deep(getting deeper!) — enough to swim in. This living water also pours from the cleft – the temple – before the throne.

As we enter the secret place – the cleft – this living water and glory pour forth – for not only us but others to drink. It’s interesting how the new song seems to be related to high praise and this pouring forth from the cleft(see below).
There is a condition though — we need to be separate from the world – we can’t be entangled. We need to make a conscious decision to do this, and then we will be RENEWED and know what the Lord’s will is for us!

Psalm 119:171 NKJV … My lips shall utter praise, For You teach me Your statutes.

From NetBible Ps 119:171

  • utter[05042] = flow, pour forth, burst forth, bubble up
  • praise[08416] = song, high praise, adoration of the Lord
    * from hala[01984] = shine, boast, glory, celebrate

From NetBible Ps 149:1-2
Praise the Lord! Sing to the Lord a new song, praise[08416] Him in the assembly of His saints! 2 Let Israel rejoice in Him, their Maker; let Zion’s children triumph and be joyful[01523] in their King!

    Altar Glory

Your life and ministry has its center at the altar. The dove descends
and the glory remains. The fruit of ministry is seen in the hearts that
have changed. Move with the glory. Rest in the story. You walk in
the procession of praise. You stand at attention to do God’s will.
God has sent encouragement to continue with confidence. The
mantle that has passed has a cheering section with waves of
rejoicing and celebration for the continued work of grace. Take the
sword of the Spirit and pierce to the thought and intent of the
heart. The acceptable sacrifice is a broken and contrite cry of
mercy. God has heard your cry and answers with power and might.
You are strong. Your obedience has stirred heaven. You are
unwilling to harm as you walk with the sheep. Ride on. Stand firm.
Cling faithfully. Your Redeemer has come.
