Accept God’s Peace in Battle

Deuteronomy 20:1-4When you go out to battle against your enemies, and see horses and chariots and people more numerous than you, do not be afraid of them; for the LORD your God is with you, who brought you up from the land of Egypt. 2 As you move forward for battle, the priest shall come near and speak to the people. 3 He shall say: “Hear, O Israel, today you are going into battle against your enemies. Do not be faint-hearted or afraid; do not be terrified or give way to panic before them. 4 For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.
.
Exodus 14:13-14But Moses said to the people, “Do not fear! {Stand firm(without fleeing) and see the deliverance of the Lord} which He will accomplish for you today; for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see them again forever. 14 The Lord Himself will fight for you while you keep silent{hold your peace}.”
.
Jeremiah 20:11But the LORD is with me like a mighty warrior; so my persecutors will stumble and not prevail. They will fail and be thoroughly disgraced; their dishonor{everlasting confusion} will never be forgotten.
.
Hold on to and accept God’s peace
In the midst of your trials
Do not be afraid
Stand firm on His word
Your word, O LORD, is eternal; it stands firmly fixed in heaven!
Ps 119:89
The Lord Himself will fight for you
Victory comes from the LORD!Pro 21:31

    I will stand my ground
    Where hope is found

    On His word secure
    Anchored in heaven

    On His word secure
    Standing firm forever.

Psalm 119:89 … Forever, O LORD, your word stands firm(stands secure, is settled) in heaven.
