1 Peter 5:6-7 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
6 Therefore humble yourselves [demote, lower yourselves in your own estimation] under the mighty hand of God, that in due time He may exalt you, 7 Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.

“His eyes never slumber,
and His hands never rest;
His heart never ceases to beat with love,
and His shoulders are never weary
of carrying His people’s burdens.” ~Charles H. Spurgeon

.
From Ps 68:19

  • Blessed be the Lord, Praise be to the Lord, to God our Saviour,
Who daily loads us with benefits, who daily bears our burdens, and carries us in His arms
The God of our salvation, who delivers us!
    Selah

.
From Commentary Ps 68:19

  • It is by God’s favour and might, and not by the sword, that deliverance from the enemies actually threatening the nation is to be expected.
    .
God who daily takes our burden for us, i.e., either the burden of trial or of sin. (Comp. a somewhat similar passage, Psalm 99:8, “thou art a God who liftest for us,” i.e., as Authorised Version, “forgivest us.”) But it is quite possible to render, if any put a burden on us, God is our help.

.
From Commentary Isa 46:4

  • The nurse – even the mother – soon grows tired of carrying the child, and leaves him to shift for himself. But God’s tender care for his people lasts from their infancy, through their boyhood and manhood, to their old age. The everlasting arms never weary. God’s watchfulness, his providence, his protection, never fail. I have made, and I will bear. The maker of a thing has naturally regard to what he has made, loves it, desires its good, seeks to defend and save it.
