Look Up and Expect!

Psalm 5:3 Amplified Bible (AMP)
3 In the morning, O Lord, You will hear my voice;
In the morning I will prepare [a prayer and a sacrifice] for You and watch and wait [for You to speak to my heart].

In the morning, O Lord,

  • In the morning is here viewed as the time of prayer (Ps 59:16; 88:13) and/or of deliverance&joy (Ps 30:5).
  • look up[06822] = keep watch, observe closely, await expectantly
    Micah 7:7But as for me, I will watch expectantly/look up[06822] for the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me.
