From NetBible  1Jn 4:16;1Cor 13:8,13;Jn 15:9-10 abide[3306]= remain, continue to be present, to last, endure, dwell => It’s interesting to note the strongs word for abide in the above  scripture is the verb form of the words for “many mansions[3438]” found in Jn 14:2. .
