Trust in the Lord to deliver/ vindicate –Ps 7:1 Wait for the Lord to vindicate –Pro 20:22

Christ did not retaliate when He suffered, instead entrusted Himself to the Righteous Judge –1Pe 2:23

The Righteous Judge tries hearts and minds –Ps 7:9 Silver and gold refined –Pro 17:3
The Lord “shields” the upright from the wicked –Ps 7:10 He is a shield to those who walk upright  –Pro 2:7

The way of the Lord is a refuge to the upright, but ruin to the wicked –Pro 10:29

He is a shield to those who trust Him –Pro 30:5

If one does not repent, the Lord sharpens His sword –Ps 7:12 By mercy and truth iniquity is purged; and by the fear of the LORD one departs from evil. –Pro 16:6
Evil planned for others falls on the planner’s own head –Ps 7:16 The one who repays evil for good, evil will not depart  his house  –Pro 17:13
