Great are You LORD!

August 3, 2013

Psalm 145:2-3 … Every day I will bless You[affectionately and gratefully praise You], And I will praise Your name forever and ever. Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; And His greatness is unsearchable[has no boundaries].

Great are You LORD!

You give life, You give hope
You bring light to the darkness

Job 33:4 AMP … [It is] the Spirit of God that made me [which has stirred me up], and the breath of the Almighty that gives me life [which inspires me].

From NetBible  Job 33:4

It’s Your breath in our lungs
So we pour out our praise to You only

Great are You, Lord!

Magnify the LORD!

September 23, 2011

O magnify the Lord with me!

Let us exalt His name together
Magnify Him with thanksgiving
Praise the name of God with a song
Let our spirits rejoice in God our Savior.

For He has done great things

Give thanks to the Lord for He is good
His love endures forever
His mercy is on those who fear Him from generation to generation.

Triumph in His praise!

From everlasting to everlasting let all the people say, “Amen.” Praise the LORD!

Psalm 34:3O magnify the LORD with me, And let us exalt His name together.

Psalm 69:30I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify Him with thanksgiving.

Luke 1:46-50 And Mary said:
“ My soul magnifies the Lord,
47 And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior.
48 For He has regarded the lowly state of His maidservant;
For behold, henceforth all generations will call me blessed.
49 For He who is mighty has done great things for me,
And holy is His name.
50 And His mercy is on those who fear Him
From generation to generation.

Psalm 40:16 Let all who seek You rejoice and be glad in You; Let those who love Your salvation say continually, “The LORD be magnified!”

Psalm 106:47-48Save us, O LORD our God, And gather us from among the Gentiles, To give thanks to Your holy name, to triumph in Your praise. Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting even to everlasting. And let all the people say, “Amen.” Praise the LORD!

Psalm 136:1Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His love endures forever.

A Heart in Tune with God

June 5, 2010

A heart in tune with God sings melodies of praise!
{no matter what :)}

I don’t know about tomorrow
Nor what the coming days may bring
But I know my Lord is with me
And His praises my heart and mouth will sing! —Fitzhugh

Psalm 33:1 NIV Sing joyfully to the LORD, you righteous; it is fitting for the upright to praise Him.

A Flood of Praise!

January 6, 2009

By faith you received Jesus Christ as LORD
By faith continue to walk in Him
Walk in a manner worthy of  I AM. –Col 1:10

I AM calling you into My own kingdom and glory. –1 Thess 2:12

I AM calling you to walk,
… rooted, built up and established in your faith thru sound teaching
… thru truth, by My Spirit of truth.

I AM the way and the truth and the life. –Jn 14:6

Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me. –Jn 15:4

The fruit that is produced will cause a flood of praise.

Sing for joy! Shout aloud!
Explode in praise from deep within your soul
Overflow with thankfulness.

For as the earth bursts with spring wildflowers,
and as a garden cascades with blossoms,
So the Master, God, brings righteousness into full bloom
and puts praise on display before the nations

Fruit, righteousness in full bloom
Causing a flood of praise on display before the nations
As the waters cover the sea,
… the earth will be filled
… with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD –Hab 2:14
The earth will be filled with fruit that will last.

You did not choose me, but I chose you
… and appointed you to go and bear fruit—
… fruit that will last. –Jn 15:16

A flood of praise.

Arise, shine; For your light has come!
And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. –Isa 60:1

Isaiah 61:10-11 MSG
I will sing for joy in God,
… explode in praise from deep in my soul!
He dressed me up in a suit of salvation,
… He outfitted me in a robe of righteousness,
As a bridegroom who puts on a tuxedo
… and a bride a jeweled tiara.
For as the earth bursts with spring wildflowers,
… and as a garden cascades with blossoms,
So the Master, God, brings righteousness into full bloom
… and puts praise on display before the nations.

Colossians 2:6-7 NLT
